Because the site keeps deleting my review. Instead of my security deposit they did give me a bad check the bank would not cash. They were informed repeatedly, yet they choose to do nothing. And yes my rent was paid in full on time every time and I left a most clean apt.

I have lived here for a week now, the AC just got fixed and the garbage disposal is still broken so I can do dishes. Whenever I talk to management they always seem a little flustered.
However, this is a cheap place to live and when taking that into account it is what you kind of expect. Everything is very cheaply done in the apartments. Be the first to add a review on this property. I had flooding, electrical shorts and neighbor problems and no matter how many times I asked for help nothing would get fixed. I had a break in to my car and my apartment. They also say they have a gym and pool but those too were unavailable the entire time. To top it off they did nothing to fix my a/c the whole time I lived here. Ratings are on a scale of 1 to 10 and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data.

You can't even open your dishwasher all the way. Living here has made me wish I lived on fountain and chelton rd.
